Calylpso's Island, and Buffalo New York

As I remembered when I was reading about Odysseus was trapped at Calypso's island. I had a flashback. I was 6 years old, and I was in Buffalo New york. So, I thought this is a good connection, and I'll tell you why. One time, I was really angry that we can't get to do what I want to do. We were in the museum, the worst place you can ever be in and I wanted to see the old light house on the shore, it was like a quarter mile away. I never stop thinking about it. I thought it wasn't no big deal to lie and tell my parents that I need to go to the bathroom. So, I decided to sneak out and run as fast as I can to get the light house. All the sudden, I started to feel scared because I was assumed that I was lost for sure. I looked around and tried to find the light house or the museum and I couldn't and I freaked out. I felt trapped cause I didn't want to go any farther because I'll be even more lost than I ever was. Also, I didn't know which way is back home. I was crying and didn't know what to do because I was trapped. I thought that it is similar to Odysseus's story, that he was trapped and wanted to go back home, Ithaca. So, as I was lost, I heard someone, strangely I can hear very well, but I know I heard something. I followed the voice and found my way out. I noticed the museum again, and I went in to find my family. They were very worried, and thought I was lost somewhere in the museum. I told the story to my parent, what really happened.

Danny! Scary adventure. You must have felt like Odysseus when he had to go see Tiresias.
