The Hobbit
The Hobbit is one of my favorite books. The book has outrageous adventure and journey throughout the book. It was an excitable book, and makes me want to keep on reading. This book is about a hobbit that went on a mission with Gandalf and the dwarfs to the Lonely Mountains and his name is Bilbo Baggins. The Journey is not only just to get to the Lonely Mountain; he traveled to many different places and meets many different creatures and not only just good creatures. They can be bad. Part of the story, Bilbo has to get through the trolls, the goblins, the elf, and many more. One of the examples is, he has fallen into a goblin’s cave, and met Gollum. Bilbo has to find his way out by answering the riddles. Also, Beorn, a human who can turn into a bear, helped Bilbo to escape from the goblins. Then Bilbo meets the elves and celebrates a holiday then, there’s a group of dwarfs, elves and Bilbo has to defeat a dragon to reclaim their gold again. There is much more fun adventure to read in the story. If you’re interested in reading old sci-fi adventurous journey, I suggest you to read The Hobbit.

The Boy and His New Family (The Road)
After the father died, the boy had a whole new fresh journey on his own. Cormac McCarthy ended by saying the boy found a new family, who are also hiding. They started a journey together. The End. I didn't like it, and I will finish the story with my creative thoughts and ideas. I wanted to extend the ending more. One of my ideas was that the boy has found the family and they all went into hiding. The next day the boy has found out that the family is just a decoy. The boy has fallen into a trap. So then, the bad guys had captured the boy and forced him to be trained at a camp which will turn him into one of them. As the boy grew he was trained. He is was skilled, had military intelligence, and was strong but the boy had a feeling that he needed to end this. He knows that he can make a change because he has been trained. One day the boy had a flashback and it was about a conversation with his father,
We're going to be okay, aren't we Papa?
Yes, we are.
And nothing bad is going to happen to us.
That's right.
Because we're carrying the fire.
Yes, because we're carrying the fire.
The boy knew he had to carry the fire.
This is my creative thought process for completing the assignment due next Monday.
